Shirin Godhrawala

Shirin Godhrawala, is an Artist from Mumbai, India. Her inclination towards fashion and art began at a very young age; thanks to growing up in a creative home where she learned how to sew from her Mother and paint from her sisters. As a Fashion Designer and Fashion Illustration teacher, her work shows strong influence from both skill sets. The recent direction in her Art journey began during lockdown when, running out of white paper, she started sketching on printed magazines and colorful handmade papers which helped in the evolution of her Art and led to this angular, messy, urgent style of sketching portraits that capture snippets of iconic moments from the world of Fashion & Cinema.
